We are currently recruiting for MASH Social Workers to join our Front Door team.

About the team:
Our team structures are designed to ensure there is the right level of support and management oversight available to staff within the Front Door / MASH. The MASH is a supportive team who welcome and fully induct new starters.
About you:
As a social worker within our MASH team, you will work to ensure we keep the children and young people at the heart of our assessments and decision making. You will need a clear understanding of the principle and function of a Front Door / Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and evidence of the ability to determine positive outcomes for children and young people.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Social Work England registration
- Ideally experience within a MASH team
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
- Passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) (if you qualified after 2012)
- DBS clearance (Enhanced Adults and Children’s)
