You will lead a talented team delivering programmes that support inclusive growth, strengthen our workforce, and help people who face barriers to employment to thrive. We’re looking for an experienced, values-led leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong delivery. Someone who can build trusted relationships, bring partners together around a shared vision, and ensure we deliver measurable impact for communities across Gloucestershire.

You will provide leadership across Adult Education and our Employment & Skills Hub – ensuring a proactive and outward facing approach and building positive partnerships with employers and educators. We are open minded about your professional background – it could be in Education, Training or Economic Development: but it’s important that you have an informed appreciation of the skills and education sector.
Leadership and relationship skills will be key in maximising the impact of our work and consolidating shared goals and ambitions into a clearly articulated delivery plan, underpinned by clear accountability and a shared sense of purpose.
