The Executive Support Team is looking for a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive and personal support to 2 x Assistant Directors and 1 x Head of Service of Gloucestershire County Council.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level, proactive administrative support to senior managers.
  • Diary and inbox management.
  • Handling enquiries.
  • Preparing documents and presentations.
  • Organising meetings and events.
  • Taking minutes and action notes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data systems.
  • Supporting financial administration.
  • Assisting with projects, research and process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Organised and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support.
