We are seeking an Administrator to support the development and delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Gloucestershire. In this role you will provide administrative support to colleagues who support people with barriers to entering, re‑entering or remaining in employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to colleagues who support people with barriers to entering, re‑entering or remaining in employment.
  • Build effective partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including other GCC teams.
  • Employ strong communication skills, an innovative approach and balance competing demands.

Requirements:

  • Customer facing role; must demonstrate ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English (Immigration Act 2016).
  • Experience working with people with health conditions, disabilities or other barriers to work, or lived experience.
  • Business planning and delivery experience.
