Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an EHCP Case Co-ordinator in Shire Hall, Gloucestershire.
The role is permanently contracted and part of the Education Health and Care Plan service, working to support children and young people with SEND.
We offer agile, hybrid working with at least one day per week in the office and regular visits to schools.
You will collaborate with education, health, social care and families to review needs and ensure access to inclusive education.
