Responsibilities

  • Lead the local school improvement strategy.
  • Manage and empower a team of experienced performance advisers.
  • Identify and support LA‑maintained schools to deliver high‑quality education for children.
  • Collaborate closely with Education Psychology, Advisory Teaching, and Inclusion services for a joined‑up approach.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Possession of right to work for at least 6 months (cannot be derived from another employer’s sponsorship).
  • Subject to an Enhanced and Barred DBS check.
