As part of a small, specialist team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative, governance, and secretariat support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of partnership processes. About the role:

- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing enquiries and support requests efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinating meetings, seminars, and workshops (including booking venues, issuing invitations, preparing agendas, and using digital solutions to ensure accurate record-keeping).
- Supporting governance processes and partnership coordination through the production of high-quality documentation using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Using and developing digital solutions to enhance and streamline essential partnership processes, improving efficiency and impact.
- Providing guidance and support to administrative staff and/or apprentices where required.
- Undertaking additional duties appropriate to the role.
