Gloucester Guildhall is seeking a friendly, organised Box Office Assistant to join the Visitor Experience team and ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
You will sell tickets, answer enquiries, manage bookings, process refunds and exchanges, and help promote events.
This is a flexible 18.5‑hour per week contract, primarily Wednesday to Saturday on a rota.
Evening shifts are common, and training will be provided.
