About the Team/Role

The Business Administrator – Navigation Hub is an exciting role, supporting a service Improvement Pilot that has recently been extended. The Multi-agency Navigation Hub brings together services across Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations to improve mental health and Education outcomes for Children, Young People (and wider family units) across Gloucestershire. The Navigation Hub Business Administrator will support the ongoing development and delivery of the inclusive Multi-agency Navigation Hub which aims to provide an access point for CYP needing support at the earliest opportunity.

About You

As a Business Administrator you will adopt a collaborative approach to providing administration support for the pilot and collaborate with colleagues regarding tracking outcomes for CYP and wider service improvement. The role includes working jointly across GCC and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and to be successful you will possess excellent organisational and communication skills that allow you to work with your colleagues to dynamically assess daily priorities.
