Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor role within our HR Change team on a fixed term or 12 month secondment.
The role involves providing high quality advice, guidance to staff, officers and line managers on matters relating to HR policy and practice, employment law and the application of police regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely HR advice and guidance to staff, officers and line managers.
- Interpret and apply HR policy, employment law and police regulations in support of the organization.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver high quality support in a fast‑paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience working in an HR environment.
- CIPD qualified (preferred) or part‑qualified and working towards full qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with changing demands.
