We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Head of Estates and Support Services to lead and shape the future of Gloucestershire Constabulary's estate. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our buildings, facilities and support services provide a high‑quality, safe and sustainable environment for our officers, staff and partners, enabling the effective delivery of policing services to our communities.
You will oversee the entire estates life‑cycle including:
- strategy development and delivery
- capital projects
- asset management (including lease and service charge management)
- maintenance

- facilities operations
