You’ll lead and support the recruitment and assessment admin teams, guiding daily work, supervising staff, and helping with training and development. You’ll coordinate key processes across recruitment, enrolment and EPA, monitor performance, and act as a main contact for apprenticeship queries. You’ll ensure compliance, support audits, keep documentation accurate, and help improve systems. You’ll also support communication and reporting, represent the team at events, and help maintain essential resources.

  • Apprenticeship knowledge – Strong understanding of apprenticeships, including DfE/ESFA funding rules and compliance.
  • Audit experience – Experience supporting audits and quality assurance activity.
  • MIS skills – Confident working with MIS systems and managing accurate data.
