Our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme is a 4‑year programme designed to give you the technical skills and hands‑on experience needed to become a Maintenance Technician - Mechanical. Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

  • Develop knowledge on motors, drives and pumps
  • Problem solving
  • Learn how to use a lathe and milling machine
  • Basic welding
  • Develop hand skills such as bench work, drilling etc.
