This role is your chance to make a real impact, guiding applicants from their first enquiry through to enrolment with clear advice, friendly support, and accurate information at every step. You'll take ownership of your own portfolio, work closely with academic teams, and help deliver a fair, high-quality admissions experience. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in organising events, supporting outreach, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate data. You'll also contribute to improving processes, support colleagues through training, and represent the College at events, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity to grow your skills and influence the applicant journey.
This is a fixed term role, 37 hours per week (Starting 6 July 2026 to End on 28 September 2026).
- Significant experience of accurate data processing and administration experience
- Experience of working in a fast-changing environment and tight deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of computerised systems (Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Significant customer service experience in an office environment on phone and email
