Join our supportive Health and Social Care team and help learners achieve their goals. You’ll teach a range of subjects across our campuses, with strong guidance from experienced colleagues and Learning Coaches. We value great teaching and provide the tools and support you need to grow and succeed.
You’ll create engaging, inclusive lessons that support every learner and build their confidence. You’ll use a range of resources and assessment methods to track progress and help learners grow. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll promote positive behaviour, equality and respect.
You’ll reflect on your practice, share good ideas, and keep accurate records. You’ll also guide learners towards future opportunities and provide supportive information when they need it.
