The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of learners. You will be an enthusiastic, adaptable and supportive individual who enjoys building positive relationships and empowering students to achieve their full potential. You will have experience of supporting learners with SEND, and experience of working with EAL learners or supporting English and Maths development would be an advantage. Above all, you will share our commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued, supported and able to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with learners aged 16+
  • Experience supporting learners with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
  • Confidence in delivering and leading learning sessions or activities
  • Experience supporting individuals with additional learning needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and autism
