The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

You will deliver engaging, inclusive learning tailored to individual needs, creating a positive environment that builds confidence, independence, and employability. You will monitor and review EHCP targets, reflect on and improve your teaching practice, and work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to remove barriers, embed literacy and numeracy, and support positive learner outcomes.

You have experience teaching learners with additional needs, particularly SEMH, or supporting those with gaps in education. You are confident delivering Functional Skills to engage and motivate learners. You hold a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, DTTLS, or Certificate in Education). You have GCSEs in English and Maths at A*–C (or equivalent). You are committed to ongoing professional development, including Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training.
