The Student Support Department brings together Student Mentors, Employability, Careers, Outreach and Enrichment teams to give every learner the guidance and opportunities they need to thrive. Across all campuses, you’ll help create an inclusive, supportive environment—offering mentoring, careers advice, workshops and activities that empower learners to grow personally, academically and professionally.
Responsibilities
- This role plays a key part in creating a positive and vibrant college experience by engaging with learners across campus and encouraging them to get involved in college life.
- You’ll lead a wide range of enrichment activities that help learners build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy opportunities beyond the classroom.
- Working closely with colleagues, you’ll promote events, celebrate success stories and ensure our programmes reflect learner voice and industry needs.
- You’ll also support our learner ambassador network, helping students shape projects and showcase their talents through events and digital platforms.
- Overall, you’ll champion the learner experience and contribute to a welcoming, connected and inspiring college community.
