You will help keep the campus safe by coordinating fire evacuations, responding to accidents, and providing first aid when needed. You will welcome and support students, staff, and visitors, manage enquiries, and ensure everyone follows our safety and safeguarding procedures. You will also handle reception tasks, oversee evening estates staff, maintain high service standards, and complete the training needed for the role.
