You’ll plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment in both workshop and classroom settings. As part of a supportive team, you’ll help learners succeed by meeting targets for attendance, progress, and achievement, while providing clear feedback, including support with English and Maths. You’ll adapt teaching to meet individual needs, remove barriers to learning, and show how skills connect to the wider world. You’ll also support college events and marketing, guide learners toward future learning and careers, work closely with colleagues, and maintain health and safety standards.
About You
You will have relevant industry experience as a plumber or in a related field. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or an equivalent qualification. You will be happy to complete Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding training as part of the role.
