About this Role
You'll plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching andassessment in both workshop and classroom settings.
As part of a supportiveteam, you'll help learners succeed by meeting targets for attendance, progress, and achievement, while providing clear feedback, including support with Englishand Maths.
You'll adapt teaching to meet individual needs, remove barriers tolearning, and show how skills connect to the wider world.
You'll also supportcollege events and marketing, guide learners toward future learning andcareers, work closely with colleagues, and maintain health and safetystandards.
About You
- You will have relevant industry experience as a plumber or in a relatedfield.
- You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or an equivalentqualification.
- You will be happy to complete Equality & Diversity and Safeguardingtraining as part of the role.
