Join our Foundation Studies team as an Employment Mentor and make a real difference. This full-time role is all about supporting students as they step into our Supported Internship programme, helping them build confidence and gain valuable experience. You’ll work closely with learners to create tailored placements that match their goals and set them up for success. Be the link that opens doors.

As an Employment Mentor, you’ll connect students, families, employers, and the College, breaking down barriers to learning and employment. By championing the value of work and offering practical guidance, you’ll empower interns to achieve sustainable employment and brighter futures.
