You will plan and deliver inclusive lessons that support learners' needs, build confidence and develop independence. You'll create a safe, respectful environment and use different teaching methods and resources to keep learners engaged. You will monitor progress, assess fairly, keep accurate records and work with colleagues to support learner development. You'll follow all safeguarding and equality requirements.

Experience of teaching learners with additional needs or gaps in education due to individual circumstances.

  • PGCE, DTTLS, Certificate in Education
  • A Qualifications - C GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training
