You will be supporting young people to re‑engage with learning and build real confidence in a positive, welcoming environment. About You

  • Experience working in your specialist industry.
  • Experience in FE or a similar learning environment.
  • Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in a related subject.
  • Teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTTLS or Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards one.
  • GCSE grade C/Level 2 in English and Maths, or willingness to complete.
  • Willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training.
