The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for opening and securing the campus each day, helping to ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors at all times. You will respond to alarms, incidents and evacuation procedures in a calm and professional manner. The role also involves carrying out regular safety checks, completing minor repairs and undertaking general Estates duties, while maintaining clear and accurate records. In addition, you will provide support to Reception when required and contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy and well-managed environment across the site.
