Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver all exams and assessments across the College
- Lead and support the Exams Team and invigilators
- Manage exam timetables, entries, results, and certification
- Act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies, regulators, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Work with curriculum teams and SEND services to support learners' needs
Qualifications
- Experience in exams administration or assessment management
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of JCQ and awarding body regulations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing deadlines, complex schedules, and multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Team leadership experience and FE/multi-campus experience are desirable
- Must be able to travel between sites
