In this role, you will deliver inclusive, engaging lessons that support learners' progress and confidence. You will use a range of teaching and assessment methods, work closely with colleagues and keep accurate records. You will also help create a positive, supportive learning environment while continuing to develop your own practice through ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in FE or similar teaching/training environment.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
  • PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd (or willingness to work towards one).
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 2 or willingness to complete.
  • Willing to undertake Safeguarding and Equality & Diversity training.
