Working alongside yourteam of colleagues you will engage with our customers and showcase ourunique offer from the exceptional local producers we work with. Usingyour warm and friendly personality your passion for deliveringexceptional customer service will ensure our customers are given amemorable experience every time they stop with us.

Your responsibilitieswill include;

  • Welcoming andengaging with customers, sharing advice on products, suppliers, foodmatches and allergens. You will need to keep up to date with yourproduct knowledge to deliver brilliant customer service
  • Rolling up your sleeves to ensure shelves are stocked,fixtures are cleaned and our displays are looking their best
  • Display stock to ourcreative merchandising standards maintaining presentation andcleanliness standards throughout the days trade
  • Complete the dailypaperwork, ensure it is accurate and compliant with legal requirements;HACCP, product date management, allergens, be sure to escalation anyconcerns.

You should have a positive \’can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a retail environment that\’s great but don\’t worry if you don\’t. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
