* ## About The Role* Our sandwiches, salads, toasties and wraps are freshly prepared on site daily. As part of the cold production team you will work efficiently, following our recipes accurately to ensure our range is packaged and on sale at the key times to ensure availability for our travelling customers. Using our range of high quality, locally sourced ingredients you will work as part of a team to produce our range of boxed sandwiches, salads, wraps, toasties and snack boxes that are sold in our Farmshops, Filling Stations and Quick Kitchens ensuring orders are fulfilled and high quality is maintained.* ## About You* You should have a positive \'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a food production environment that\'s great but don\'t worry if you don\'t. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.* At Westmorland we are family business that started in 1972 from our farm in Cumbria, which runs unique motorway service areas – Tebay, Gloucester and Cairn Lodge – based on no franchises but instead our own Farmshops and Kitchens. We also have Junction 38, a services dedicated to HGV drivers, Rheged, a meeting place, Cafe, Gallery and Cinema, and the Westmorland Hotel situated on the edge of the Lake District.
