We are looking for dedicated Restaurant team members to join us making sure every guest has the warm, friendly and attentive service we are known for.
Responsibilities:- You will seat guests in the restaurant for breakfast or evening meal service and ensure they experience a proper Cumbrian welcome.
- Bring our local produce and dishes to life for diners by confidently describing ingredients and flavours.
- Have an eye for detail and respond to the needs of our guests throughout their stay.
- Make barista style coffees and serve drinks from the bar.
- Set up our conference spaces on occasion and serve refreshments.
- Have high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- We look for candidates who naturally display our values of warmth, graft and courage; therefore, no previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.
- Our Hotel can be very busy and so an ability to work at pace while delivering a high standard is essential.
