You will have a good understanding of your ingredients and dishes, delivering exceptional standards in your cooking and making sure we cater to each customers requirements to maintain our excellent levels of service.
Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, you will assist in developing junior members of the team and assist in making a profitable kitchen by following menu specs and carrying out accurate ordering where needed.
You will help to ensure the the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation by following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with the company food safety management system.
The Chef de Partie position is an ideal step to further your career in the kitchen.
You may be looking to move on from your current Commis Chef or similar role, or alternatively you may have previous experience as a Chef de Partie and be looking to expand your horizons in a new kitchen.
We can offer full training and may even be able to support you in your career journey with us through our apprenticeship programme.
