We're passionate about local produce, warm welcomes and genuine connections and as a Team Member in our Cafe you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Greeting customers with a smile, sharing your passion for our locally sourced products, and jumping in to help your colleagues wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a smile and sharing your passion for locally sourced products.
- Serving customers on the hotplate and making delicious wraps.
- Serving artisan coffees, running the tills, and keeping cakes and snack tables full.
- Maintaining clean dining areas and keeping tables ready for guests to enjoy their visit.
Qualifications and requirements:
- You must be 18 or over. Shifts will be 10pm until 6am.
- A positive can-do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service, and a willingness to learn about our products.
- Previous experience in a catering environment is helpful but not required; we offer full training to get you up to speed and provide knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
