Overview
The Station Manager is a hands-on operational role that will lead the delivery of great quality food and service front of house in a station, supported by Service Leaders. Passionate about delighting our customers, you will lead your team from the front, coaching your team to provide excellent standards and service every day. We are ideally looking for somebody with previous experience in catering management, specifically with a QSR background.
Responsibilities
- Building a strong team of service leaders who lead the food quality, customer service and standards on every shift.
- Ensure we deliver food quality according to the specs and recipes as defined by the food team.
- Ensure your team align to our values and deliver warm, friendly, and speedy service to our customers.
- Deliver high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety standards by doing regular audits and setting goals and action plans for your team.
- Ensure commercial success by looking after the sales, cash and stock for your station.
- Look after your team to ensure they are fully trained, engaged and motivated whilst ensuring all colleagues are rostered effectively and paid accurately and on time.
