You will use your skills and knowledge to ensure that both our internal and external customers are supplied with the best quality, locally sourced meat. Using the beef and lamb supplied from the family farm and carefully selected products from other local suppliers you will ensure a full and attractive retail display and offer exceptional service and advice to our customers whenever they need it.
Using your knowledge and experience to debone and prepare meat to our specification to make visually impactful displays on our counters, provide advice and recommendations to our customers, complete internal and external orders, support the production of our own brand products and ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with a formal Butchery qualification or the relevant experience.
- You must also have the ability to work at pace in a busy retail environment.
