Gloucester Grove Tenant Management Organisation is looking for a proactive, organised and community-minded Administrative Officer to join our small, dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a local community.

About the Role

The Administrative Officer will be at the heart of our daily operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of the TMO. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, partners and visitors, helping us maintain a welcoming, efficient and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the TMO office reception, phones and email enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the TMO Manager and Board
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases
  • Assisting with rent, repairs and housing management enquiries
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and meeting documentation
  • Supporting community events and resident engagement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with TMO policies and procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
  • Experience in administration (housing or community-based experience is a bonus but not essential)
