Electrician Gloucester £39,043.02 per annum Permanent

The GCH Property Care Electrical Team are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Electrician, who would like the opportunity to work in the social housing sector, making a positive impact to our customers lives .

The successful candidate will help deliver electrical repairs and maintenance in our homes and communities, to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.

As a member of the GCH electrical team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service and be expected to work independently, and as part of a team.

Your scope of works will include carrying out EICRs in both occupied and unoccupied properties, reactive and responsive repairs, void works, door entry servicing, emergency lighting servicing and repairs, and rewires.

Edition IET wiring Regulations City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications 2391 or 2394/5
(desirable) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

AM2 Practical Assessment.

ECS Gold Card (showing qualified/approved status). (desirable) Domestic periodic inspection and testing experience (essential) Basic IT skills, must be able to use a laptop (essential) Excellent communication and customer service skill.

A positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid UK driving licence.
