We are looking for a passionate and creative Wellbeing and Activity Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and facilitating a variety of activities and events that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents, with a particular emphasis on those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure activities are well-supported and safe.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.

Requirements:
