£13.06 per hour, rising to £14.59 when shift leading, plus £1.00 per hour at weekends. 36 hours per week

About the role

We have a position available for a Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Leader (days) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home. Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers to join our Home and be part of the team working in an environment where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority. The job is ideal if you are a skilled and compassionate carer who is empathetic to the needs of older people and looking for ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Experience in medication administration
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held
