Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Day Support Worker for a 15.5 hour per week role at our dementia-focused day service in Gloucester. Shift pattern includes 12:00–17:30 blocks across two-week cycles; no weekends or bank holidays.
You will support older people with dementia, promote wellbeing through activities, monitor health and care plans, and assist with personal care and daily living tasks. Prior experience in care is beneficial.
