Gloucester Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SENCo to join our inclusion team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher with a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the ability to lead, inspire, and support students and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting strategic oversight of inclusive provision
  • Monitoring SEND provision
  • Championing inclusion across the school while working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
