- Dedicated strength & rehabilitation gym – a purpose-built area with a squat rack, cable machine and full dumbbell rack. Take patients from the treatment couch through to progressive strength training, functional rehabilitation and return to sport.
- VALD force plates – use objective strength and performance data to guide your clinical decisions.
- Treadmill gait analysis – assess running mechanics and help patients improve performance and recover from injury.
- Dynamometry – accurately assess strength, identify deficits and track rehabilitation progress.
- Reformer Pilates – another tool to support movement, strength and rehabilitation.
- Hands‑on physiotherapy – we still value manual therapy and believe in combining it with excellent exercise‑based rehabilitation.
- Minimal insurance caseload – less time navigating insurer restrictions and more focus on patient care.
- AI‑powered clinical notes – spend less time typing and more time treating.
