Are you a commercially minded marketer who loves building brands, creating campaigns and seeing ideas come to life? We're working with a renowned, long established and growing international business based in Ossett (near Wakefield / Dewsbury), who are looking for a talented Brand Executive to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years' experience in brand or marketing who is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns, content and brand development.
You'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate with sales, commercial and technical teams to develop campaigns that strengthen the brand, engage customers and ultimately support business growth. It's a varied role with plenty of scope to get involved - from campaign planning and social media to product launches, market research, events and exhibitions.
The Role
You'll become a key point of contact for the brand, helping to ensure a consistent and engaging presence across all channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering brand and marketing campaigns from initial idea through to execution
- Supporting the development and evolution of the brand's tone of voice, visual identity and positioning
- Planning and coordinating product launches alongside sales and commercial teams
- Creating and managing engaging content across social media, websites and other digital channels
- Researching market trends, competitors and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities
- Using customer and campaign insights to help shape future marketing activity
- Monitoring campaign performance and brand KPIs, using data to inform recommendations
- Working closely with creative teams to brief and deliver high-quality campaigns and marketing materials
- Managing relationships with external suppliers including printers, merchandise companies and media partners
- Supporting the development of exhibition stands, events and pop-up activities
- Working with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications
- Helping identify new technologies and AI tools that can improve marketing efficiency and workflow
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines creative thinking with commercial awareness and isn't afraid to take ownership. You'll ideally have:
- 2-5 years' experience in brand marketing, brand management or a similar marketing role
- Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- A good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Experience using data, insights and market research to influence marketing decisions
- The ability to create clear briefs and communicate ideas effectively to creative teams
- A proactive approach - someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related subject would be advantageous, but commercial experience and the right attitude are equally important.
