We’re working with an established, creatively led business based in Leeds who are looking to bring a Middleweight Creative Designer into their in‑house studio. This is a broad, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys seeing work through from concept to delivery and is equally comfortable across print and digital outputs.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a collaborative internal studio, producing creative across a wide range of brand touchpoints. Projects will span marketing‑led print work through to digital assets and campaign support. Typical work will include:

  • Design and layout across print and digital platforms
  • Marketing collateral including brochures, lookbooks, catalogues and POS
  • Digital assets for email, web and social channels
  • Working from brief through to final artwork and delivery
  • Collaborating with photographers, marketers and wider creative stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Middleweight Designer in an in‑house or agency environment
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Confident working across print and digital
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Good eye for detail and consistency
  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple briefs
