We're working with a long-established Yorkshire business that's looking for a talented Creative Designer to become the driving force behind its visual content. This isn't simply a graphic design role. It's an opportunity to shape how multiple brands are seen across print, digital, exhibitions, product launches and social media whilst taking ownership of professional photography and video content. They're looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating work that not only looks fantastic but genuinely helps drive sales and customer engagement. This is an office-based role in Bradford. The team work collaboratively together every day, making this ideal for someone who enjoys bouncing ideas around a creative team rather than working remotely.

The Role

  • Designing brochures, catalogues, presentations and sales collateral
  • Creating engaging social media graphics and digital campaigns
  • Producing exhibition graphics, vehicle liveries and promotional material
  • Photography and image editing for products, people and marketing campaigns
  • Planning and directing photo and video shoots
  • Editing short‑form promotional video content
  • Supporting new product launches across multiple brands
  • Working alongside marketing and sales to develop creative campaigns
  • Collaborating with external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas into every campaign

What They’re Looking For

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands‑on creatively and isn't afraid to take ownership. You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years commercial design experience
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Strong photography skills with experience planning and directing shoots
  • Experience editing video content (Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Excellent typography and layout skills
  • A strong eye for branding and visual storytelling
  • The ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Confidence working closely with marketing and commercial teams
  • A proactive approach and plenty of creative ideas

Highly Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with Food or FMCG brands
  • Exhibition graphics
