Must Have’s
- Proven experience working in a sales role (any industry)
- A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – perfectionism is key!
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to targets
- High attention to detail and organisation when handling bookings
Nice to have’s
- Previous experience in travel sales or a travel agency would be perfect!
- Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations
- Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs
- Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele

- Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion
- Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs
- Negotiating rates and availability with providers
- Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system

- Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets
- Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
