The Governors at Stonehouse Park Federation are seeking to employ a hardworking, practical and conscientious Site Maintenance and Grounds Person. Our schools are fortunate to have a range of buildings and extensive outdoor facilities which require the care and maintenance of a team of staff.

This role offers the opportunity to become part of a vibrant community and make a positive difference to the learning environment provided to our children.

The post holder will need to be available daily at or after 6pm to secure the Infant School buildings and site. We are proposing hours of 11:45 to 6:15 daily with a 30 minute break however we are able to offer some flexibility to allow a strong candidate to fit this job around other commitments.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the practical skills and experience to carry out basic site maintenance.
• Have a good understanding of health and safety.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Care about making our schools the best environment they can be for our children.
