We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team of staff working as a SEN TA. This role will principally be to support a junior pupil in our school who has an EHCP. As this post is linked to an EHCP this is a fixed term position in the first instance, the contract may be extended due to needs of others in the setting. The successful candidate will also be carrying out lunchtime supervision for this pupil.

The successful candidate will need a strong work ethic, initiative and self-motivation, previous experience of working with children, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to form positive relationships with both children and adults and they should possess good literacy and mathematical skills. Experience working with children who have a SEN is desirable.
