The Role: Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for a select group of clients that match your strengths. You’ll solve real-world technical challenges on-site and remotely, backed by our friendly Cheltenham HQ team. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, autonomy & making a visible difference to businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing on-site and remote IT support across the region
  • Managing and resolving technical issues for clients
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Azure AD) environments
  • Maintaining server setups (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Troubleshooting cloud and hosting platforms (Azure, Office 365)
  • Working on networks (switches, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted IT advisor
  • Supporting project delivery (upgrades, migrations, improvements)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years in a client-facing IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking
  • Experience with cloud tech (Azure, hosting platforms, etc.)
  • A people-person with excellent communication skills
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
