What you’ll be doing
- Handling a wide range of customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Providing account, billing, product and basic technical support
- Booking service engineer appointments where necessary and keeping customers informed
- Assisting with product queries and promoting service packages
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where it adds value to the customer
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- 35-hour working week – permanent/full time
