The Role:
The Customer Care Executive role is a crucial role for my client, you will be responsible for keeping recruitment processes moving and providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates. You will be liaising with the wider team of recruitment consultants daily to keep informed on candidate and client progress and the new job roles that are coming in.

- Previous experience of managing a busy workload, you’ll be given full training and support but there will be some plate spinning
- Great telephone manner

What you’ll be doing
- Full support operationally and administratively to the candidate recruitment cycle, including formatting of CVs / scheduling interviews / taking and delivering feedback
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants and wider team members
- Promoting the company and values at all times
